We make every effort to provide the best products and service available, however, like any store if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us. Just follow the easy steps below to return the goods:
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return items and then return them within 14 days of delivery.
You will need a returns number. Please call 01822 834705 or e-mail us at returns@bigorangewatersports.co.uk stating why you wish to return the goods.
The return number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. No package will be accepted returned without this number visible. We cannot accept any returned items without prior authorization.
All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging in place, unworn and undamaged .
All returns are the responsibility of the customer whilst in transit and we recommend you send them back using traceable means e.g. Recorded Delivery or obtain proof of posting.
If you wish to exchange an item(s) because you require a different size you have to cover the cost of the return postage and the subsequent postal charge for the replacement item(s). Every effort will be made and advice given, if required, to ensure the correct fit at the time of purchase.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery or obtain a proof of posting. We will confirm to you either by phone or email upon receipt of all returned goods.
If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will ensure an immediate refund/ replacement is offered upon return of the item(s) and we will cover ALL postage involved including sending a stamped addressed envelope to return your item(s). Please obtain a proof of posting. You will be responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us.
