Stock Levels
We aim to keep all products featured on our web site in stock for immediate dispatch except where specifically stated in the product description, eg. POA- Price on application. Our products are offered subject to availability and occasionally, in periods of high demand, if we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to advise you immediately. We will then offer you a suitable same cost alternative. If this is not possible or suitable we will cancel the ‘out of stock’ item from your order. Should the item already be paid for we will offer you a full refund to the source of the original payment.

Pricing and item detail
We try our best to present colours as accurately as possible but they may differ slightly. We always provide an accurate description of all items for sale based on the manufacturers information. We also aim to be highly competitive with our pricing. For this reason and in the rare event that we have incorrectly priced or described an item we reserve the right to discontinue or temporarily withdraw an advertised item and to change prices when necessary. If this affects your order we will keep you fully informed at all times. You will always be given the opportunity to select an alternative or be refunded in full if applicable.
